PERSONAL SESSION
Assessment
The mechanics of the style are observed and analyzed to find the possible origin or main cause from where the movement pattern is created and from this point to begin to plan the improvement work.
PERSONAL SESSION
Optimization & Improvement
Acquisition of new movements and increased awareness of swimming through the practice of a personalized, guided and functional exercise proposal.
Individual work, in pairs and for all ages.
GROUP SESSIONS
Training
One-hour training sessions in which the physiological capacities are progressively worked on in order to improve swimming performance. Effort management, swimming technique, lane order, time control and mental and emotional aspects are transversal contents in all sessions.
GROUP SESSIONS
Combo-technique
One-hour sessions in which a key aspect of the technique is developed and then applied to more or less intense aerobic exercise in order to better integrate the gesture. Recommended for beginners and/or trained people looking to improve the detail of the gesture.
GROUP SESSIONS
Training at sea
Weekly group training sessions in the sea and special outings to swim under the full moon, jump at sunrise or swim with tfswimmers.
SPECIAL SESSIONS
Conferences, clinics, masterclasses, courses
Different formats of sessions on swimming technique, preparation for entrance exams and open water swimming, among some of the scenarios where mastery of swimming may be necessary. The content is designed based on the needs of the club, entity or group of people.
